Indirect Procurement Consultant – MRO & FM

We continue to have a strong partnership with a global management consultancy, who are looking to bring onboard an interim Consultant for a major British client.

In this contract you will be designing an optimised category strategy for MRO / FM spend for a leading British maritime operation. Strategy to be aligned with key internal stakeholders.

You will review existing scopes of service / work, identify opportunities to optimise, align with internal stakeholders. Review current suppliers and suggest possible additions in line with company needs and stakeholders’ expectations. Recommend Operating Model changes to ensure maximum value for the client

Prior Experience Required:

• Significant Indirect procurement experience, ideally including MRO / FM categories.
• Must have had a leading procurement role, (Category Manager/Leader) with a spend responsibility of £20M+.
• Language requirement (if any): English.
• Interim/ Consultancy experience.

This will be a partially remote contract with visits to client sites in the UK for alignment, understanding needs, etc.. 1-3 days per week as needed. Initially, this will be a 4 month contract, and we’re looking for someone with availability to start within the next 2 weeks.
