Guy first started working in the procurement sector in 2005 and since then has worked with clients across the World, including working in Hong Kong for seven years.  Throughout his career in the procurement profession, he has worked with Fortune 500 & FTSE 100 companies on a wide range of consultancy projects. He has also helped to advise SME’s who are at the start of their procurement journey & large MNC’s who are more advanced for areas such as spend analytics, cost saving programs & capability development.

Jonathan Pollard

Jon moved into the world of procurement recruitment in 2005, establishing himself as a trusted partner to a variety of organisations.  He was previously Head of Procurement Recruitment for a London based agency, working with procurement professionals across the UK, Europe and the USA.  He retains a large network of professionals who trust him due to his depth of knowledge within procurement operations and recruitment. Building strong and powerful relationships remains a key passion to drive the success of The Procurement Hive.

Tom Lewers

Starting his career at Rolls-Royce, Tom has over 30 years procurement experience, operating for many years at a Chief Procurement Officer level. Tom supports organisations on transforming their procurement capability; creating strong customer and supplier collaborative ways of working for procurement leaders; building procurement people capability and talent programmes; and negotiating the delivery of significant and sustainable bottom line value.
